what this site does · and does not

This is an archive of made things. It sells nothing, asks for nothing, and is not trying to find out who you are.

what is not collected

what unavoidably happens

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, their servers briefly log the requests they serve — including your IP address, the time, and which page you asked for. This is ordinary technical logging, used to deliver the site and keep it working, not to build a picture of you. It is handled by Cloudflare as the host, under their data-processing terms, and may be processed outside the EU under the standard contractual clauses.

Nobody here reads those logs looking for people. There is no dashboard.

the one page that reaches elsewhere

One work — no occasion — is a live instrument rather than a recording, and it needs code and drum samples that are hosted by unpkg and github. Loading them sends your IP address to those services.

So that page fetches nothing until you press a button that says so. If you never press it, nothing leaves this site. Every other page on bladgolem.com is entirely self-contained.

Links to YouTube elsewhere on the site are ordinary links. Nothing is embedded, so nothing is requested until you choose to go there.

your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to it being processed, or complain to your data protection authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

In practice there is almost nothing to ask for, because almost nothing is kept here — and the server logs described above sit with the host, not with this site. If you want to ask anyway, the accounts linked at the foot of the front page reach the person who keeps this archive.
